the only not checked and fixed ones are the Russians and Japanese - but i have not more power to make it now lol

Change:V2 Meillerwagen is now Industry level 3 required
Fix:Bombers no longer have splash damage for normal attack
Fix:AA guns can no longer shoot ships now
Fix:Units have proper wikipedia links, images and textings (russians japanese too thanks to Harchie!)
