French AA have wrong cost

The French AA have a wrong cost.
It costs 3 ingame while it should only cost 2 for it's usability.
Even the bofors AA only cost 2 turn for 26 damage. Why does the French need to be 3 turn for 30 damage? The range of the 3 is only 4 u know.
