R - Class US Submarine

A rapidly built class of submarine
There were two groups/designs from R-1 to R-27
Armament
The older design had 533mm torpedoes
A 76mm deck gun
The newer had 450mm torpedoes
And had 3inch deck gun
Also has a retractable 3inch/23caliber gun
Because I don't know the damage of a 450mm torpedo
This would cost maybe 4turns idk.
